ADE: Oh Voyage, DJ Klapsalon + Afrobotic

Amsterdam Dance Event 2026 x Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ: Anatolian psychedelia and Turkish grooves From Anatolian folk to funk and disco from Istanbul’s nightclubs to contemporary electronica. With hypnotic rhythms, rare vinyl finds, and a modern club energy, this evening explores Anatolia’s rich musical heritage with a boundary-pushing perspective. From Rotterdam, Oh Voyage is taking the world by storm with uplifting live sets in which traditional instruments such as the duduk, ney, and oud alternate with electric guitars, analog synthesizers, and drum machines. And DJs Afrobot and Klapsalon, too, draw inspiration from their nomadic ancestors. With crates full of rare grooves Oh Voyage The duo Oh Voyage draws inspiration from the nocturnal streets of Istanbul, where both members grew up. Today, they perform on stages ranging from Berghain in Berlin to the London Jazz Festival. Their unique sound blends Anatolian folk music with electronic music, creating an emotional journey that reflects their passion for bringing cultures together. DJ Klapsalon French DJ/producer Klapsalon mixes new club sounds with rare Anatolian records. His sets move effortlessly between genres and eras, keeping the dance floor in motion at all times. Afrobot And Afrobot, also from Rotterdam, has been spinning vintage funk, disco, and psychedelic grooves of Turkish origin since the 1990s. His deep knowledge, curiosity, and unmistakable taste have made him one of the pioneers of the Dutch scene for Anatolian and Turkish sounds.
